Rebel Systems, an EnerSys company based in Largo, Florida, builds hybrid power and tactical communications systems for military users. Their HYPER™ power family stores and manages energy so generators and vehicles run only when needed, while the newest HYPER™ 15 to 30kW system, positioned to support the US Army’s ePEEK program, turns compatible tactical vehicles into mobile energy nodes for distributed operations.
Power management is hard to show on screen, because energy moving between batteries, vehicles and equipment is invisible. We used a stylized look to make that technical logic readable, following the system through different use cases so the audience sees how it adapts as the operation changes. UI elements call out key functions along the way, keeping the engineering clear without slowing the film down. The film ran at Rebel’s booth at AUSA 2026.
